Oh, I love this so much! I've had it saved in my 'read it later' links since you posted it and have been sneakily reading it on the train home from work this week. I have such a soft spot for The Invisible, and it's lovely to see Larson's character being fleshed out like this. I loved his interactions with Kate, with your OMC Scott, with Annie: it's basically an antidote to any frustration I felt at Larson's lack of screen-time in the film. You've caught the tone and dream-like quality of the film so well.
I couldn't resist running off and watching the film again once I'd finished it. Yay you!
