Fic: Not Forever, Just For Now / Fic: today's another day to find you

yuletide. It's just like re-Christmas, or something!

auburnnothenna who wrote Lesser Fleas, the amazing Thoughtcrimes fic I was gifted with. Seriously, that fic was incredible and I just love it to tiny, tiny pieces. ♥ ♥
I ended up writing two things, one for my original assignment and one for Yuletide Madness. My original assignment was, go figure, forsionnain. Fandom odds are hilarious, okay. I wrote her (Alternative) Country Music RPF about the final Uncle Tupelo tour in 1994. It was so much fun! My "research" was watching YouTube and MySpace videos, and looking at set lists. *giggles* And I really love how it turned out, so yay. Unsurprisingly, very few people have actually read it (it seems there's not a big market for fic about bands that broke up fifteen years ago, go figure), but Sionn liked it and I had a blast writing it, so that's all that really matters.
And then for Yuletide Madness, I wrote 17 Again porn. I DON'T EVEN KNOW. My brain is a special place, alright?
